Here at Vision Consulting we create talents by offering our new recruits the necessary training consistent with the technical / organizational needs of the market and with their personal aspirations.

We ensure that these trainings are applied to use cases and concrete projects, we carry out technical competitions to motivate our teams and we place our young members with senior project managers and Tech-Leads who support them in their day by day development.
