PROJECT OVERVIEW

“Strategic thinking with the customer and then the development of a web and mobile application ‘’My BASF AGRO’’ to control the distribution channel by including resellers and distributors with loyalty system ‘’bonuses and benefits’’

The application allows the automation of order workflow in Morocco/Algeria/Tunisia along with the development of resellers’ loyalty.

The system developed allows BASF administrators to know the volume of orders between the resellers and BASF distributors. The system digitizes the ordering process

1/ between resellers and distributors

2/ between distributors and BASF.

The system also includes a loyalty program management to encourage distributors to order through this channel. The system also allows visualization of several Marketing KPIs in a dashboard for BASF administrators, BASF Sales”

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

“The technical challenge of the solution to be tailor-made from scratch for BASF was to be able to have a solution with an IOS mobile application, an Android mobile application, a Back-office Web application, allowing access to a dashboard and a menu configuration on the 3 platforms.

We had to secure the application with multi-factor authentication and host everything on Amazon Web Services.

It was also necessary to allow interaction with a Google map in order to determine at a glance the geographical areas having the most business impact.”
