PROJECT OVERVIEW
The project is a form that allows customers contacting the after-sales service of dealerships to evaluate their satisfaction. Customers can also suggest improvements to the service. Responses to the satisfaction form are given by selecting emojis that represent a satisfaction level from 1 to 10, as well as answering “yes” or “no” to additional questions, with the option to add comments.
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES
The main technical challenges included dynamically managing emojis to provide a smooth user experience, integrating responses into a database, and designing an intuitive and ergonomic comment input interface.
THE SOLUTION
The solution is a responsive web application that allows users to access the form both from a phone and a computer. The interface is optimized to offer a smooth experience with intuitive and fast navigation, regardless of the screen size.

TECHNOLOGY
