The IOS and Android mobile app-based company has decided to embark on the development of a new podcast module. These podcasts, inspired by the organization of the famous Spotify app, are used by employees of organizations to learn skills during their walking time, on the metro and while driving to work.

We had to work very meticulously on the front end, while at the same time delivering a version of very ergonomic graphical interfaces. Unit tests were mandatory in the application, and at the same time we had to prepare the automatic test scripts in parallel. On the other hand, development was carried out in Agile mode, which meant we had to organize the project in Scrum mode, with the customer’s teams playing the role of PO.

We developed an application that has been deployed tens of thousands of times in stores. A successful application. We followed the Scrum methodology faithfully, thanks to our Scrum Masters.
