Training courses on behalf of the transformation departments for ‘’ATTIJARI WAFA BANK’’

As part of the change in the client’s structure towards an organization focused on data, we provided a set of training courses in 2017 for business teams and transformation teams:

Populations to be trained with different levels and with different knowledge destinations
THE SOLUTION
We provided training with a pedagogical model proposing a classification of skill acquisition levels called Bloom’s Taxonomy. This methodology has allowed us to offer different training courses because they are adaptable to the target population, although this training covers the same subjects.
